La Ronde (Nosferatu Elysium and haven)

La Ronde has been abandoned in 1995 after the owner of the amusement park became too expensive to maintain for it's owner. The city of Montreal was reluctant to help the park stay open and thus the owner closed it down. The Nosferatu were quick to take notice of this and came in rather quickly to use this place as a semi Elysium for the Nosferatus and other Carthian, unaligned or out of luck kindreds.

This is often the place where unassociated neonates are taken to for a couple of weeks to give them time to get their bearings on what is going on with them. Miss Opal is the “Owner” of this place. The previous prince was happy to have her out of his way downtown. He said out of my view, out of my life. He should have taken more notice of this place because it became very popular very quickly. This is where the ousting of the previous prince was orchestrated. Other than Miss Opal, the priscus of the Ventrue, Nando Cortez, has taken a part of this place has his haven. He is rather recluse but will always open his door to a Ventrue in need of counsels. Cortez has made his haven in the couple of medieval looking shops near the entrance to the park.
